How to Return an Item

• You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

• To start your return, please email us at info.monicaluz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to swap for a different size, colour, or style, simply email us to check availability.

• We’ll hold your chosen replacement for you once your return is on its way.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, sale items marked “final sale,” or gift cards.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our collections, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
