UK Delivery
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to seven to 7 days.
We will usually use Royal Mail to deliver your order.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by contacting us at info.monicaluz@gmail.com or in writing to Monica Luz, 60a Crab Lane, Trinity Fields, Stafford, Staffordshire ST16 1SA.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will issue a full refund of the original purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided items are unworn and in resaleable condition.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint that we are unable to resolve directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. EU consumers retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
Delivery
We aim to deliver to EU destinations within 2–11 business days. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
